I saw Michael last night in Rock Of Ages. He went on for the first time as Lonny, and totally owned the show. He was great! Very funny, amazing facial expressions, and does a funny twist on a stripper pole. Whenever he was offstage, all you could think was “When will he be back on?” Then once he appears, laughter ensues. He said after the show that he will be on as Lonny the entire week. I recommend seeing the performance. Hopefully it is just the beginning of many more to come!

WOW!!! This guy is the UNDERSTUDY???? You won’t want to take your eyes off Michael whenever he hits the stage for fear of missing a belly laugh. How fortunate I was to see Rock of Ages the week of Michael’s run as Lonny.

Hi Mike, it was great meeting you last night with Mark Riebesehl. We really enjoyed the show and you were fantastic. Drop me an email if you have time, it would be great to get together and talk shop – I don’t do musical theatre but I always have some interesting film or theatre projects in the works.

Best,
Dan
